Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Payment authorization failure.
Suspected fraudulent activity.

2. Refund Policy
a. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Services were not delivered as described.
Orders canceled within the allowed cancellation period.
b. Non-Refundable Items
Digital or downloadable products once delivered.
Perishable goods or items that cannot be resold due to health or hygiene reasons (e.g., opened packaging).

a. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted if:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories or documentation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect product).

Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or process a refund as applicable.
4. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
For exchanges due to defects or errors, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
5. Exceptions
We strive to accommodate all reasonable requests. However, the following exceptions apply:
Services already rendered or completed are non-refundable.
